1. Acceptance of Terms

Verumio LLC ("Verumio", “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers:

  • Full website creation, hosting, and support
  • Appointment scheduling tools and follow-up communication
  • SMS/email messaging systems for business automation
  • Promotional campaigns and client outreach tools

All tools are developed and operated directly by Verumio.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.

4. SMS Communications (Transactional + Promotional)

4.1 Scope of Messaging

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Verumio for both transactional and promotional purposes. These may include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Service announcements and onboarding instructions
  • Special offers, promotions, news, or updates related to Verumio’s services

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the service, but you may receive up to 6 messages per week, including both transactional and promotional content.

4.3 No Purchase Requirement

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

4.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying:
STOP – to unsubscribe from further SMS messages
HELP – to receive contact information for assistance
Standard message and data rates may apply.

4.5 Opt-In Method

By entering your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms or during onboarding, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided and consent to receive messages as outlined above. All opt-ins are recorded and time-stamped for compliance purposes.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using our services must:

  • Obtain proper consent when uploading or communicating with their own customers
  • Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consumer protection regulations
  • Refrain from sending unsolicited or unlawful marketing using Verumio tools

Verumio is not responsible for misuse of the systems provided.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

Fees are either fixed or subscription-based as agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All websites, automations, and systems built by Verumio remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use our work solely for their business operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verumio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 90 days.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in Wyoming courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on verumio.com. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
